Tapping to Release Stress, Panic and Anxiety Evening Meditation

Let’s begin by taking three deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.

Inhale, and exhale. Inhale, and exhale. Tapping on your karate chop point, repeat these words:

KC: Even though I have all this tension from my day, I accept how I feel and allow myself to let (Repeat three times)

EB: All this stress from the day

SE: It’s hard to let it go

UE: It’s hard to stop thinking

UN: Things should be different

CH: Did I do enough

CB: Am I enough

UA: All these doubts that creep up at night

TH: At night these worries set in

EB: And I just want a break

SE: A break from my fears, worries, and anxieties

UE: But I never get the comfort I long for

UN: I wish things were different

CH: All this worry

CB: This tension in my body

UA: This difficulty breathing

TH: All these thoughts

EB: All these expectations

SE: All these judgments

UE: It’s too much for one person

UN: I am so hard on myself

CH: I just want things to change now

CB: but it only produces more pressure and frustration

UA: This pressure I put on myself

TH: I acknowledge how I feel

EB: And I let this tension go

SE: Any remaining worry

UE: I give it a voice

UN: It’s safe to let this go

CH: Maybe this can be easy

CB: I honor how I feel

UA: It’s safe to relax

TH: It’s safe to be myself

Take a deep breath in, exhale. If you feel like you need to do more tapping, do it right now.

Be specific on what is bothering you, give it a voice, tap, and feel the release. If you are feeling better,go to the positive statements.

Take a deep breath in, exhale. Feeling centered and calm, start tapping on your eyebrow point.

EB: As the day ends

SE: I give myself permission to relax

UE: It’s safe for me to take a break

UN: And to let any remaining stress go

CH: I don’t need to have all the answers

CB: I trust that they will come

UA: Tonight I am grateful

TH: For this journey towards greater self‐love and peace

EB: Tonight I practice self‐forgiveness

SE: I take in the lessons from the day

UE: And I release all judgments

UN: I have learned so much

CH: I set myself up for more success

CB: By celebrating every step

UA: I am grateful that I had this day

TH: And I release any regrets

EB: I can let go of all these rules and expectations

SE: Tonight I can enjoy where I am

UE: I support myself

UN: By loving and caring thoughts

CH: I hold an image in my mind that all is well with me

CB: I align myself to this image

UA: It’s safe for me to be my best

TH: This is who I am

EB: I continue to release my fears

SE: I feel lighter and stronger right now

UE: I feel like myself

UN: Right here and right now I am enough

CH: I relax into this knowledge

CB: I am exactly where I am meant to be

UA: And from this place of peace

TH: Anything is possible
