2 – Side Plank Rotation

3 – Burpees

4 – Commandos

5 – Half Burpees

6 – Crossover Reserve Lunges

7 – Jump Squats / Air

8 – Opposite Arm & Leg raises

9 – Push up / Knees Push

10 – Speed Skater
